Sewage & Black Water Cleanup in Avondale, AZ
Category 3 black-water losses are handled with full PPE, biohazard disposal, and professional disinfection to restore safe conditions. Sewage backups are Category 3 losses: the water carries pathogens, so affected porous materials are removed rather than dried. The area is cleaned, disinfected, and dried under containment, with cut lines set above the visible contamination mark.

Frequently asked questions
This was farmland and it is flat. Why does January rain stand here?
The old field borders are still in the ground. Cotton ground was leveled and bordered for irrigation, and those low ridges still pond a winter pulse on lots that look perfectly flat. The tracts have no raised stem, so whatever ponds takes the slab edge first.
The crop is gone. Why would an old ditch still wet a 2002 slab?
The grade was built to hold water. Borders and laterals are still in the soil, and January rain uses them. A slab poured on that grade is sitting in a shallow pan the farmer wanted. Filling the ditch at the surface does not erase the pan. If the slab edge is wet on a fair January week, the old border is still a pan, crop or not.
A supply line failed under the slab. Why did it show up in the wrong room?
Caliche moves it. A leak under a 2002 slab meets the hard layer, runs sideways along it, and surfaces where a finish is weakest rather than where the pipe failed, so the first damp shows at a baseboard well away from the break. On this ground the wet spot is the exit, not the location. A meter and a pressure test on the manifold settle it before anyone opens concrete.
