On coral rock it is the signature. Oolitic limestone takes June rain into the stone and releases it at the next joint, so the wall is a path rather than a barrier. With no capillary break in 1969 construction, the stone is the wick.
The stone looks dry. Why is the interior plaster staining after June?
Oolite is a sponge. June's 8.72 inches enters the coral rock at a joint and travels inside the wall. The stain is the exit, not the entry. Painting the plaster without finding the joint in the stone will bring the stain back with the next cell.
The Waterway is a designed amenity. Why does it behave like groundwater?
