Mold Removal & Remediation in Egypt Lake-Leto, FL
Containment, HEPA filtration, and antimicrobial treatment eliminate mold colonies at the source and prevent cross-contamination throughout the property. Mold remediation removes affected porous materials and corrects the moisture source that allowed growth. The work is done under containment with HEPA filtration so spores are not carried into unaffected rooms, and the area is cleared only once the underlying moisture problem has been resolved.
The pro who inspects is the pro who quotes
Remediation is the step after the assessment, not before it. A local pro establishes how far the growth extends and what is feeding it, because removing what is visible while the moisture source is still running puts the same colony back in the same wall. Texas and several other states also set a square-footage point above which the work has to be done by a licensed remediator — the service note below covers where that line falls in this city.

Frequently asked questions
The lakes look high but they are not flooding the street. Is the house still at risk?
The lakes being high is the warning. These basins have no river outlet; they fall only by soaking into the sand and by evaporation. When they are full in August, the next afternoon storm cannot leave, and the water comes up into the lowest yards first. A dry street beside a full lake is a street about to take the next inch at the slab. The lake level tells you more than whether the pavement is wet.
Our swale used to carry water to the lake. Now it just sits at the slab. What happened?
Forty years of lawn, fence, and planting bed. The original grading ran a shallow channel from the roof line to the basin, and every later improvement has interrupted it. Water now stops at the first high spot, which is often the slab edge. Restoring a few inches of fall toward the lake, and keeping the downspouts aimed that way, puts the August volume back on the path it was given in 1980.
The block is stained at the bottom course all summer. The roof is fine. Where is it coming from?
From the water standing against it. Block wicks, and an August month of nine inches on a closed basin keeps a warm puddle at the first course for weeks. The stain is capillary, not a roof leak. Lowering the grade at the wall, clearing the swale, and keeping irrigation off the block does more than a roof inspection, because the moisture is arriving at grade, not from above.
