The lake is full enough to stop accepting. Once it cannot take more, a June cell has no way off the east-shore pads and stands until the level drops. A full lake and a flooding lake look identical from a slab.

East-shore lots were graded as if two lakes were scenery. They are the table. June can exceed nine inches. A 2003 slab has no crawl. Soft vinyl on the Alligator Lake side after a still week is the lake, not a pipe in the attic.

As the second table, yes. A lot that never floods can still sit over clay neither lake can unload after every June storm. Looking at East Lake from a park will not tell you whether Alligator Lake is the one under the pad.
