Mold Removal & Remediation in Dublin, GA

Containment, HEPA filtration, and antimicrobial treatment eliminate mold colonies at the source and prevent cross-contamination throughout the property. Mold remediation removes affected porous materials and corrects the moisture source that allowed growth. The work is done under containment with HEPA filtration so spores are not carried into unaffected rooms, and the area is cleared only once the underlying moisture problem has been resolved.

The pro who inspects is the pro who quotes

Remediation is the step after the assessment, not before it. A local pro establishes how far the growth extends and what is feeding it, because removing what is visible while the moisture source is still running puts the same colony back in the same wall. Texas and several other states also set a square-footage point above which the work has to be done by a licensed remediator — the service note below covers where that line falls in this city.

Frequently asked questions

We are not in the floodplain. Why does the Oconee still show up in the crawl?

Distance from the bank is not the same as height above the table. When June keeps the river high, groundwater on the terrace rises with it, and a crawl dug into that terrace is then sitting in wet soil even if the water never left the channel. The river does not have to enter the yard. It only has to hold the table at the floor joists.

The house is on the red clay above town. Is that drier?

Drier between storms, wetter at the wall during one. Red clay here sheds June rain instead of taking it in, so the low side of an upland lot collects what the high side refuses. A 1977 ranch cut into that clay has an uphill wall that stays wet while the terrace houses are dealing with a rising table. You trade one path for the other; you do not leave the month behind.

The crawl was dry for decades. Why would June start showing up now?

The tile failed. Houses of this age were built with clay drain around the pier line, and those tiles silt and collapse after half a century. While they worked, a June storm left; now the same storm sits. The house did not move and the river did not change its habits. The buried pipe that kept the crawl empty did, and nothing inside warns you until the water arrives.
