Mold Removal & Remediation in Mableton, GA
Containment, HEPA filtration, and antimicrobial treatment eliminate mold colonies at the source and prevent cross-contamination throughout the property. Mold remediation removes affected porous materials and corrects the moisture source that allowed growth. The work is done under containment with HEPA filtration so spores are not carried into unaffected rooms, and the area is cleared only once the underlying moisture problem has been resolved.
No obligation: the assessment comes before any scope
Remediation is the step after the assessment, not before it. A local pro establishes how far the growth extends and what is feeding it, because removing what is visible while the moisture source is still running puts the same colony back in the same wall. Texas and several other states also set a square-footage point above which the work has to be done by a licensed remediator — the service note below covers where that line falls in this city.

Frequently asked questions
The finished lower level is wet after a July storm. Is that a roof?
On a split-level cut into this clay, it is more often the uphill wall. The lower room sits at the depth where the bench weeps, and a 7.03 inch month finds that cut. A roof stain is at the ceiling. A clay stain is at the base of the buried wall. The two can look alike from inside a finished room; the wet line on the exterior tells you which.
There is no creek on our plat. Why name Nickajack?
Because the old farm tile still runs to it. Tracts here were laid over fields that drained to the creek, and those laterals were not always picked up. A July cell can wet a lot that looks landlocked because the water is following a pipe nobody mapped. The creek is the destination; the tile is the path.
The clay cracks in September. Does that help or hurt?
It sets up the next storm. Summer shrinkage opens a gap beside the slab or crawl wall, and the first heavy rain of a wet spell runs down that gap before the clay can swell shut. July is wet enough that the gap may already be closed; a late-season cell after a dry stretch is when the crack does the damage.
