Mold Removal & Remediation in Garner, NC
Containment, HEPA filtration, and antimicrobial treatment eliminate mold colonies at the source and prevent cross-contamination throughout the property. Mold remediation removes affected porous materials and corrects the moisture source that allowed growth. The work is done under containment with HEPA filtration so spores are not carried into unaffected rooms, and the area is cleared only once the underlying moisture problem has been resolved.
No obligation: the assessment comes before any scope
Remediation is the step after the assessment, not before it. A local pro establishes how far the growth extends and what is feeding it, because removing what is visible while the moisture source is still running puts the same colony back in the same wall. Texas and several other states also set a square-footage point above which the work has to be done by a licensed remediator — the service note below covers where that line falls in this city.

Frequently asked questions
The house is from the early 2000s. Why is the slab edge staining in September?
New clay, not old pipes. Tracts here were cut and filled, and a 5.63 inch remnant travels the buried cut to the plate. Brick sitting on grade then wicks. A 2001 house can look too new to leak and still take water at the one edge that sits on the cut. The boom graded the problem in.
The Neuse is not in flood. Why name it?
The tributaries and the clay flats drain to it. When August has already loaded the ground, a September remnant has no unused room in those flats even if the main stem looks calm. The river is the grade the water is trying to reach. The wet slab is a step on that path, not a riverbank house.
A crack opened at the slab last summer. Did that let September in?
Often, yes. Fill from the boom years still settles, and a gap at the plate is a prepared inlet. The remnant is then a delivery, not a mystery. Sealing the gap without regrading the cut-fill line just waits for the next September. The crack is the path; the clay shelf is why the water was there.
