Mold Removal & Remediation in Celina, TX
Containment, HEPA filtration, and antimicrobial treatment eliminate mold colonies at the source and prevent cross-contamination throughout the property. Mold remediation removes affected porous materials and corrects the moisture source that allowed growth. The work is done under containment with HEPA filtration so spores are not carried into unaffected rooms, and the area is cleared only once the underlying moisture problem has been resolved.
No obligation: the assessment comes before any scope
Remediation is the step after the assessment, not before it. A local pro establishes how far the growth extends and what is feeding it, because removing what is visible while the moisture source is still running puts the same colony back in the same wall. Texas and several other states also set a square-footage point above which the work has to be done by a licensed remediator — the service note below covers where that line falls in this city.

Frequently asked questions
Sod went down last year. Why is May already sheeting to the garage?
Sod is a surface. Under it the lot is still scraped, compacted Blackland with no tree and no swale, so a 5.31 inch May sheets to the lowest garage the way it did the day the pad was poured. Grass does not create fall. The prairie under that sod is the same prairie, and May is when the sheet shows up at the overhead door.
Water stands at one garage door after every stalling cell. Is that the creek or the pad?
Usually the pad. Sister Grove is the old prairie fold, so cells still collect in that corridor, but the typical failure is a lot left flat so the sheet stops at the overhead door. If the wet line is the garage and not a mapped channel, look at compaction and missing fall first. The creek is the outlet; the sheet on the pad is the job.
Heads have been on since closing. Does a wet street face in April change what May does to the pad?
It soaks one edge all spring while the back stays dry, and Blackland will follow that gradient even on a young pad. May then adds a sheet to a face that is already soft. Watering the whole perimeter, and keeping spray off the veneer, is the cheap move before anyone talks about the beam. Closing did not include a dry-out plan.
